Artist’s Statement:
After a career in teaching, I picked up my brushes again. I work with dry pastels and watercolors, but mainly with acrylics on canvas.
I like my paintings to illustrate a thought or a reflection on our society. I often incorporate cats with elements of urban architecture. These can be the main focus or hidden within the canvas. I use bright colors, and to tie it all together, a touch of humor.
